Returns Policy
We have a free exchange policy of 14 days for full-priced items. Exchange or store credit can only be offered if a returns request is submitted within 14 days from the tracked date of delivery. Limitations apply for sales items. Refunds on purchased items and reimbursement of shipping costs are likewise only offered in limited circumstances. Please read this policy carefully to check your eligibility.
Your Obligations
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately in the case of fault, damage, or receipt of incorrect items, so that we are able to evaluate and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Requests for return, whether for change-of-mind, or any other reason, must be made within 14 days from the tracked date of delivery.
Sales Items
Sales items are exempt from our free exchange policy and are not eligible for return based on change of mind. Returns on discounted items may only be approved in the case of factory faults or damage prior to delivery.
Refunds
Only incorrect items, or those which we determine to be legitimately faulty, or damaged prior to delivery may be eligible for refund. Refunds will only be offered on such items in the case that we are unable to make a repair or replacement.
Disclaimer on Reasons for Returns
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of our products, actual colour, design, or product finishes may vary slightly or appear different from photographs. We do not accept responsibility for slight differences from the provided representation. Please check the written product descriptions before placing your order, or contact us if you have any questions.
Other than items eligible for free exchange or store credit as set out prior, we reserve the right to make exclusive and final assessment of any issues provided as reasons for return, and determine their resolution in accordance with this policy. Neither reimbursement of shipping costs nor any refunds will be provided for items that we determine to be as ordered, and without fault or damage prior to customer delivery.
Processing and Posting your Return
To be eligible for return your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must submit a returns request for approval prior to posting your items to us. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once approved, returns must then be posted to us within 7 days. Items sent after this time, or without prior approval, will not be replaced, credited or refunded, nor any associated shipping costs reimbursed.
We recommend the use of Australia Post's Regular Post service, with tracking, as we may only reimburse you up to the calculated cost of this service. Please note however that shipping costs will not be covered in any case for returns based on change-of-mind.

Any refunds or reimbursements for your return will be automatically credited on your original payment method. Please be aware it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
